Topic of Hugh’s Weekly Photo Challenge: Week 2 is Fresh.
Having fresh diet during weekdays is very essential for all those 9 to 5 people. Since I belong to that group, so I have a very special person in my life who keeps my diet healthy and fresh.
Every weekday, Jia (my lovely wife) prepares my lunch which consists of either sandwiches, buns or some rice dish. I don’t order lunch from some restaurant or diner, although there are so many available around my office. On some rare occasions I may but normally, I don’t leave home for office without carrying my lunch.
No difference in the recipe for these sandwiches, except bread is use instead of buns here.

From Monday to Thursday, my lunch is either sandwiches or bun kebabs. But on Friday, I enjoy something special. Enter homemade Biryani, a rice dish full of spices, meat and what not. This local dish is so mouth watering and it sure makes my Friday special as I look forward to weekend. Because then I enjoy more specials for being at home 🙂
