Vintage is the topic for Hugh’s Weekly Photo Challenge this week. Let’s see how many of you remember these!
An old beauty box. This was heavily used by my mother and her sisters during the 80’s and 90’s. I remember this box being the center of so many makeup sessions of countless parties and events.
An old hair styler. A gift from my uncle to my mother, back in the late 70’s I think. My mother may have used it back then as it was then stored up in her cabinet for good.
A DOS-era Compaq keyboard. This was pretty heavy.
Old suitcase of my late grandfather, with belt straps on top. Written on it is his name and home address.
Such cool items, Hammad. Even the men in the 1970s were using those hair styling kits. 😄

Thanks for the like, Hugh. If I’m not wrong, as soon as 21st century kicked off, men hair styling took a strange turn. Now these devices are just for women.

I’d say things started to change during the 1980s, Hammad. I certainly remember having my hair cut very short back then.

Oh, wow! That one popped up unexpectedly from old storage trunk and when I picked it up, I thought this can be use as a nut crusher 😀
