For past one month, Muslims all over the world were celebrating the holy month of Ramadan. So what happens after spending a full holy month of fasting, praying and showing obedience to ALMIGHTY ALLAH?
We celebrate!
The very next day after Ramadan’s last day is Eid-ul-Fitr which is celebrated all over the world by Muslims to not only say thanks to ALMIGHTY ALLAH for blessing us with the month of Ramadan, but to also share happiness among everyone.
The day of Eid is very special for Muslims and we celebrate it according to Islamic traditions. The most important is Eid prayer which is obligatory for every Muslim. This way, we start up Eid by saying thanks to ALMIGHTY ALLAH for giving us an opportunity to cleanse our body, mind and soul in the month of Ramadan and to also gifting us with the day of Eid.
Eid is celebrated with utmost joy and zeal. In Pakistan, my country, local traditions of Eid makes it a desirable place to spend it with loved ones. You can read about few by clicking here.
