A Photo A Week Challenge – Mountains

Majestic and magnificent, mountains are such!

Because of them probably, we humans have build up this urge to go higher, to step on their top and see what the world looks alike from high above.

But for those who are afraid of heights, it is recommended to view them from down below and admire their awesomeness.

The mountain range you are seeing in above image are located next to Saiful Maluk Lake in Kaghan Valley, Pakistan. One of the most beautiful lakes in Pakistan, it is located at the elevation of 3,224 meters above sea level, which means you must take a deep breath and bag up all your courage to enjoy its serene beauty.

And I assure you that you won’t be disappointed.

      This lake is full of such spots and some are even more beautiful than this one. Bad sadly, I haven’t got snaps of those 😦
