Collecting shattered pieces of life
After a catastrophic storm
Is more painful
Then surviving the disaster
Same can be said
When someone hurts you
Deep down inside
With nothing but words
They let out
Of their mouths
Without thinking first
And after the chaos
Both sides won’t be same
With each other
And their own self
Like they were
Before the storm

Many times in life, unexpected things happen.
This little piece I wrote last year, reminds me about such times.
Whether they happened in distant past or near present!
