A story’s weight lies in its message, not in how much long or short it is.
Many can tell a life’s tale in few sentences while those who can’t, spend a lifetime to create one. But I believe this doesn’t apply to photography because in one single frame, one can tell a story, without saying a lot.
You can show either one character or an entire cast in your pictorial-story, as I refer to call it. No need of any dialogue for them too.
The only question is: how do you place them up in one frame to tell a story?
So, I tried to picture a story once (or couple of times if I tell you precisely). Using Uzair’s toy cars collection, I placed them inside a frame to see what kind of stories they can tell (or show in this case).
Here are my attempts, with possible story titles:
The Chase
Race Is On
Not So Fast
Run My Boys
The Robbery
Yes, you are right! Judging by their titles, you can easily placed them in the crime genre. But consider them as my playful attempt on a small scale.
So, did you enjoyed “reading” these stories?

Just think of all the stories in you little boy’s mind when he is playing. The noises, the conversation, the running and escaping? No mind like a child’s mind 🙂

Let me tell you that all those stories feature lot of construction work, along with traffic jams, heavy equipment movings and of course, constant honking by every single car in the play area 😀

Oh, this just made my day!
Thank you very much for liking it. Although, I do admit that I didn’t asked for Uzair’s permission to play with his toys. I used them up when he was sleeping 😁
