Many times in our life, we do the unthinkable. Something we aren’t accustomed with but circumstances we found ourselves in, forces us take that step which we may not take during normal times.
But think about those individuals who do so every single day of their lives. You may know someone who is doing the unthinkable right now, just to make both ends meet. This past weekend, I read about one such individual in my local newspaper.
I like you to meet Manzoora Mai, a lady in her late 60’s who sells roasted corn on a vendor pushing cart. What she is doing is indeed remarkable as I have never seen a lady making a living for her family in the world of vendor pushing cart, which is mostly dominated by men in Karachi.
