What’s left in our hands
When the sun goes down
Apart from memories
And thoughts
A reminder about what to
Look forward to
The next day ahead
To fill up with more
What it will offer
To us in ways
Expected and unknown
Sharing with Debbie Symth’s THE HARDEST PART OF A JOURNEY
A very thoughtful poem and a lovely night image to go with it

Thank you so much for liking this poem. Wrote this in probably less than 6 minutes because I hadn’t posted anything on my blog for past 2 days, so deep down inside, there was an itch to post something.
That sunset snap was also taken on the same day, just 2 hours earlier 🙂

I’m thinking so too. Is it good or bad?

very good, women are usually better at it than men … but I assure you it’s a good quality 🙂
