Tuesday Photo Challenge – My Karachi

The very city of mine is a jungle!

To hunt or get hunted is the very first rule of any jungle and this applies very clearly to my city, Karachi.

I was born in this city. Played in the streets with friends and started to gain up life’s valuable lessons in so many ways. Witnessed the conflict between peace and chaos in the name of ideologies which didn’t benefited anyone here at all but only those who were using the pawns for their own good.

Despite all negativity, citizen of my Karachi are still very positive. You may spot out many what-in-the-world level of things around here but the hospitality and friendly nature rules above all.

Yes, the grass is still green here.

Roads are normally packed up like this.

But some are totally deserted.

As I said, my Karachi is a jungle.

Where humans and animals are thriving together.

One pushes a cart to earn bread and butter.

While many drive around in luxury.

Questions in every mind about tomorrow and life but we all move on with a faith in our hearts that things will turn out okay.

Thank you for taking a trip around my Karachi with me 🙂

Thanks for sharing your city. My favourite line from your post: Yes, the grass is still green here.
