Bring On The Biryani

Okay, this is a post for food lovers!

And especially for those food lovers who can’t resist themselves from trying out exotic and spiced-up cuisines from different corners of the world.

So today, I’m sharing with you not only the recipe of my city’s most renowned dish but also the story behind its origin.

Biryani!

The most mouthwatering/spicy/delightful meal available in Karachi.

The richness of different spices and the tendering mixture of meat with rice, makes biryani the most sought out meal for those who wish to not only feed their hunger, but also long for giving their taste buds a wonderful ride of exotic cuisine.

That looks delicious. A new Indian restaurant has opened near us and we had the biryani last week. We’re trying to work our way through the menu.
