Hello Monsoon

Finally, some dark clouds above!

Yesterday marked the first day of monsoon showers for 2020 in my city of Karachi.

Predictions were made by MET experts about rainfall from last week, so almost everyone was looking forward.

Since June, weather was pretty humid and hot on daily basis. Keeping ourselves cool by sitting under multiple fans wasn’t enough to dry off the sweat.

But upon seeing clouds like these, the smiles on the faces of Karachi people was really wide.

Normally, I would have stayed at home to enjoy the rainfall from such dark clouds but I went out on the road in my car to handover few items at my sister’s house.

So, these following snaps were taken by Jia (my wife) while I was driving:
