Light and darkness
High and low
Tear and smile
Up and down
Such polar they are
But running in parallel
Among countless souls
At any given moment
Which you and I
Are living right now
Some may taste
The great sweetness
But many must swallow
Bitterness of lifetime
Life is such
Painful may be
But such pains
Gives us a lesson also

First of all I want to say awesome blog! I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you
do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself
and clear your thoughts before writing. I’ve had difficulty
clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes
are usually lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any
