One Word Sunday – A Touch Of Light

It happened one night!

August 27th, 2020 to be exact, when the heaviest and longest monsoon shower over Karachi disrupted the power in several parts of the city for many hours.

While feeling a little bored in my room, without power and no internet, I grabbed my smartphone and headed back to the roof.

The battery level was just enough for me to take some more captures but surrounded by the night’s darkness, without any power, I wondered what’s out there to be captured.

And that’s when I saw a car entering my street:

A light’s touch over the darkness!

There’s no re-touch or editing done by me on this photograph.

I didn’t knew what the end result would be but I decided to go for it anyway. It turned out good. Thank you very much for liking this, V.J. 🙂
