Upon reading this lovely set of thoughts about coast and beach from Paula, mixed sense of feelings crashed over my mind.
Because I haven’t visited my local beach for more than two years now. The pandemic and lockdown factors played their part heavily as well, which kept me at bay from stepping over the sands and hear the wonderment of the waves.

The sound of the waves is both mesmerizing and relaxing. I can understand why you miss it but I think your boy will enjoy it even more for having not been there for so long. 🙂

About 3-4 times a week, he asks me about when we will go to the seaside. I have come up with a good excuse, which isn’t so easy 😦
