In such times of trouble
Another one popped
And you felt strange
We used to chase the birds
Flying high over the skies
When we were young
Now, you take flights in the sky
Creating castles and what not
But that very same earth
On which your steps
Are still engraved
And so as all the minds and souls
Who have reached out for the stars
Pity we haven’t built those steps
Which could lower us back to earth
From the far reaches of the skies

lovely poem!
