Weekend Sky #43 – Sep 25th

A little late for this one!

I normally post the new episode after 12am every Saturday but because of a headache in the evening yesterday, I decided to skip this weekend.

Thankfully, the headache was gone by before the midnight but I felt that it would be good to just hit my bed. Which is exactly what I did.

And now, it is Saturday morning and I’m all good to go for the weekend.

Here’s an old capture from my archive for this episode.

This past Thursday, heavy rainfall caused urban flooding in many parts of Karachi. I was in the office and had to leave early to reach home safely. Meanwhile, Uzair returned home late from his school as his school van got stuck in a traffic jam.

And yesterday, giant fluffy clouds put on a real wonderful show over the sky. Sadly, I was only able to capture a couple of snaps because I was doing Work From Home. But I will share those here on my blog in coming days 🙂

Fabulous photo Hammad. I am a bit late this week as I had to get going on Saturday morning. I am glad you are OK with your health and rain. I bet you were worried that Uzair was late home with the flooding.

Hey Brian, no late arrival for my challenge. I was in my office that day and had no idea about Uzair getting stuck in the traffic jam. Jia, my wife, called me and I then contacted the van driver.
Couple of showers for this week as well here, thanks to cyclonic storm Gulab, which wasn’t a severe one.

I am glad all is well. I am awaiting rains at the moment. Only a shower on Sunday but hoping for more.

Thank you very much for liking this. The more I see the sky, the more I fell in love with the nature’s wonderment.
Heavy rains are good, as they certainly bring out a lovely clouds cape 🙂

The reblog didn’t take – there are too many gremlins at our place today – the title came over but no link or any other information,
