Embrace the blues!
Because it’s been quite a while.
And I wish to see the most amazing blue of all, right above my head.
Something like this:
Apologies for not sharing a recent capture for this episode.
I’m missing the blue sky these days, so I just headed back to my archive for some blues from the past.
Since the sky remained cloudy throughout the month of July over Karachi, the blue sky was not being spotted.
I did spotted blue sky on July 11th’s afternoon and it was an amazing one but it wasn’t what I was looking for.
Which is a good reminder about one of life’s important lesson: It is good to expect but don’t feel bad if it is unexpected.
And so, July will end after a day, making me feel how fast it went by.
I stayed in work from home for the whole month, which was mostly because of keeping myself indoors during an active monsoon spell in a city where urban flooding is quite common.
But despite staying and working from home, I wasn’t much active on my blog as I was unable to check out posts of fellow bloggers on regular basis.
My mind was feeling the blues, I guess, for reasons either personal or work related.
Better sort out the tangled mess!
Anyway, check out these amazing sky captures from the fellow bloggers, as shared for episode #69:

I think monsoons make a person blue, Hammad. They have done that to me. I can’t go outside, I veg by the TV. I don’t have any ambition. Then the sun shines, and I’m well. I hope you pull out of the blues soon, my friend. 🙂

The inner blues will fade away soon for me, as per the upcoming little activities. And despite being an Aquarian, I’m also love sunshine more than rain.
But I’m okay with the on-going monsoon season because my family enjoys it more than me, so I’m okay with it 🙂

My husband is more affected by them than I am, but we do love the green that comes because of the rain. It’s worth it, not to mention that the skies are beautiful.

I’m also entering an older set of skies, but they are seasonal. Do you have rains yet?

Yes, plenty of rain in the last 3 weeks. Widespread urban flooding in many parts of the city.
As long as there’s a sky in your photo, no matter how much old, you can share it with my challenge. Thanks for joining in 🙂

I’m sure blue skies are refreshing to see, Hammad. I will have some desert skies tomorrow for you. Currently, we have summer heat with bold, blue skies (good because no wildfires are present).

Do you feel a little more in the pink?
We call depression blue yet what an awful blue it must be to drag down such souls it does.

Those awful blues are happening because of the workplace, which I’m tackling in my best capacity.

I hope you can sort out your blues Hammad. It sounds like you need a bit of a holiday or at least a weekend away to recharge 🙂

Yes, a holiday plan is in works, which is a good thing. As for the weekends, I may have to adjust few things for better recharging.
I’m eager to check out your blue skies, Brian 🙂
