When I started my blog back in 2015, I wasn’t hooked to the flowers.
And by not hooking to the flowers, I mean to say that I used to see and admire them almost everyday but didn’t focused heavily on their details.
Even, I didn’t bothered to take photos of them.
But it changed when I started to follow Cee Neuner’s blog.
Her FOTD challenge nourished the hidden love for flowers I didn’t knew I had and I started to take keen interest in capturing floral beauties.
So, I got all hooked up.
I’m capturing floral beauties since then and sharing them as well on my blog.
Flowers are certainly admirable in every way and looking at them fills my heart with wonders.
For this week’s Lens-Artists Photo Challenge by Ann-Christine, I’m sharing these floral captures from my archive:
Also sharing with Cee Neuner’s FOTD – October 18 – Dahlia
I love your dahlia swirl. Also surprised by the tentacles. I thought they would be sharp, but then again, looks can be deceiving.

Thank you so much for liking these, Gift. That tentacle one is probably bottle brush and it is very gentle indeed.

These are all beautiful, Hammad! And I am not surprised it was Cee who caught you! She is the queen of flowers! Glad you love them now.

All delightful, especially ‘Surrounded by green ‘I like the way the veins in the leaves stand out.

This is another version of plumeria, very common in my city. The leaves are bit thick and as you have said, the veins certainly stand out. Thank you very for liking these, Andrew 🙂
