One Word Sunday – Black To Be

There’s something about black!

Among many other things, the most prominent one about the color black is just how wonderfully, it allows other colors to shine.

The city lighting up a January night.

Shadows are black and they are quite an interesting subject for photography. I have shared plenty of shadows on my blog in past, which you can check by clicking here. As for this post, the morning shadow of a lone biker on the road was my primary target.

And finally, bristles of an old carpet brush, which just happened to be black πŸ™‚

I love what you said that through black other colors can shine.

Other colors shine on their own but in the presence of black, their shine enhances. Thank you for liking this, Erika πŸ™‚
