One can snap, in the blink of an eye!
It could be the result of something building up inside for ages or something which happened just mere seconds ago. One can lose control so over ownself faster than a lightning strike.
But good news is that sudden outburst is controllable. Just take a deep breath (slightly long one is preferred though) to ease up your tightened mind.
