What once was in its prime
Is now losing the grip of time
Do these old bricks tell a story?
Hear it out because they are about to weary
And now, here’s a forgotten rose
What could have caused such a dispose?
A wooden frame is all but left of this chair
Leaving it like this, is certainly not fair
And this last one is a wrinkled giant
Spending his last days being a reliant
For Tina Schell’s Lens-Artists Challenge #168 – Seen Better Days
Excellent blend of photo and word.

Reminds me about my own age, though I’m wrinkle free so far 🙂

Wrinkles are the sign of lifelong wisdom also, which is a good thing 🙂

Excellent examples Hammad – the wrinkled elephant is sadly a reminder of what awaits us all LOL.

Love your captures.
Made me think of ourselves as overused and our hair turn silver…and a few unfortunate souls abondened🤔
